Tennessee Unitarian Universalist Community Action Network (TUUCAN) Update

The TUUCAN Fall Flock is right around the corner! October 18 will be here before we know it, so we are asking everyone who is able to come to Nashville and join us. There is hospitality available on Friday and Saturday nights for those who would like to do that. The Saturday Flock will also be live streamed on Zoom for those who are unable to come to Nashville.

What can we expect when we arrive?

Friday night, October 17th, there will be a dinner at Greater Nashville UUC from 6-7:30 PM CT.

Saturday, October 18th we will meet at First UU of Nashville starting with breakfast at 9:00 CT. Included in the events on Saturday will be two panel discussions- #1- A panel of UU clergy discussing, "The State of the State" and #2- members from the Coalition of Unitarian Universalist State Action Networks (CUUSAN) will share some helpful information with us. We will conclude with dinner at 5:00 PM CT.

Can we bring our kids? Definitely! There will be childcare available on site.

On Sunday, October 19th we will gather in fellowship at First UU of Nashville for a Sunday service.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet other UUs statewide, and a great opportunity to learn more about TUUCAN and state action networks in general.

Please review the enclosed flyer for additional information. There is a registration QR code on the flyer, and a separate document with QR codes for registration to the event, hospitality, and the Zoom registration/ link.

Please contact Curtis Dush for any questions.
