Introduction to Tibetan Meditation
An Event From
The Paramita Center Southeast

Saturday May 18
12:30p

This event is free and open to the public.
We suggest a donation of $10 to defray
travel expenses of Lama Lobsang Samten.

Find calm in an uncalm world.
The one and only goal of the teachings of Buddhist philosophy is attaining true happiness. We all look to have more well-being and comfort in our life. Buddhist teachings explain that real happiness stems from inside ourselves. We all have the potential and the capacity to be happy and to find calm. The teachings are wonderful tools to help us achieve more and more inner well-being.
Join us for this special event and learn the meaning and practice of meditation from Lama Lobsang Samten, Tibetan Buddhist monk and spiritual director of the Paramita Centers of Canda, France, and the US.
Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this event is perfect for anyone interested in exploring the benefits of meditation and the deeper meaning of the practice.
Mark your calendar and come join us for this transformative event. Open your mind, find your center, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. See you there!
