This is an update for the Tennessee Unitarian Universalist Community Action Network (TUUCAN). There is exciting news to share! We are planning our first in person fall gathering of all Tennessee UU congregations.

Our gathering is planned for October 18th, and it will be held in Nashville. The plan is for speakers, possibly a panel discussion, with the focus on climate justice. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and hospitality will be available for folks who would like to come Friday evening and/ or stay Saturday night. We are still working out details for Friday and Saturday nights and a potential shared service on Sunday.

The fall gathering will also be a great opportunity to meet and engage with folks from congregations across Tennessee. We will be providing a more detailed discussion about TUUCAN, such as governance and vision, and how we can best serve our congregations. This will be a great time to ask questions.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet other Tennessee UUs, have some fun, exchange ideas, and talk with the current steering committee for TUUCAN. Please feel free to reach out to Curtis Dush for any questions.
