Auction Date and Time: Saturday, November 16, 2019. 
    Doors will open at 5:45 PM.
    6 PM: Dinner will be hot and ready.  Chicken, salad, rolls and more
    6 -7 PM:  Fixed Price Items and Silent Auction
    7 PM: Dessert
    7 – 7:30 PM Entertainment and wrap up of Silent Auction 
    7:30 PM Live Auction, lasting about 1 hour, followed by check out.
Please bring your checkbook!  We also accept cash.

Costumes encouraged!!!!  Judges are bribable.

To deliver items for auction or to help set up and decorate:
    4– 6 PM, Friday, November 15
    10  AM – Noon, Saturday, November 16.

    5 PM, Saturday, November 16, set out food for dinner.
